The terrorists haven’t learned.

There are now reports of a second wave of explosions on Hezbollah terrorists in Beirut, and elsewhere in Lebanon, including at funerals for yesterday’s casualties.

This time it appears to be two-way walkie talkies exploding, some causing fires.
